Four little cakes with one thing in common — much less sugar, so the real taste of the ingredients shines through. A poppy-seed square made with both ground and whole poppy seeds, lightened with whipped egg white; a mango jelly bite with a sour cream and whipped cream mousse; a strawberry-raspberry cheesecake lightened with agar; and an apricot tiramisu with dark chocolate and Italian Trepallini coffee. The small box is just right for two (15 €), the large one is perfect for sharing around the table (25 €). Made fresh to order — for Wednesday, ideally let us know by Monday.
